Happy Spring!! Today marks the Vernal Equinox, or more commonly known as the first day of spring. As to when the first day of spring technically started, it happens precisely at 7:02 A.M. EDT, on March 20, 2013 (today). The Vernal Equinox is the exact moment the sun will cross directly over the Earth’s equator, or at least for people in the Northern Hemisphere. For people like the Aussies who live in the Southern Hemisphere, it’s known as the autumnal equinox. The first day of spring is also important because it marks the slow but eventual changing of seasons, and for us here in Montana, it marks the birth of the adorable baby animals in Yellowstone Park, blooming tulips & the melting of the snow covered peaks. We also get to break out all our spring dresses & pastel colors and that always makes us happy too!
To celebrate all the new arrivals that Spring brings, we are having a sale! 20% off all of our new arrivals. One week only. Be sure to use code: spring2013 for savings!
Enjoy this beautiful day!
