We are a family based business that began in our home here in Livingston Montana. In the beginning, I knit by hand my daughters hats, scarves, and sweaters. For fun I added ostrich puffs and marabou to everything my daughter owned. Her hats, onesies, tights, dresses, flip flops.. you name it.. I fluffed it! She loved the fluff and I enjoyed making these items for her.
We have grown since then. We are now in a 15,000 sq ft building and are bursting at the seams with a fashion and hair accessories, wholesale supplies and plenty of fluff for your little girls, boys and pets. We carry fun and exciting products including pettiskirts, tutus, bloomers, headbands, hats, clips, flower heads, hair bows, clothing, shoes, pet toys, collars, leashes and so much more. Every day I love what we do, what we accomplish and the excitement of our customers.
Kay Boutique is honored with an outstanding organization. This group of people are hard working, dedicated and care about the complete customer experience. Most of the team are crafters themselves, and all of them are online shoppers who push Kay Boutique to constantly strive for perfection. I have the greatest pleasure and opportunity to work with such an outstanding group.

Anna is our super friendly and product knowledgeable Customer Service Representative. Ask her a question and she will have an answer! Ariel is our creative Media Coordinator. All the fun, fanciful photos and you tube video’s are thanks to her! Keep watching, every Friday she will post a DIY tutorial & video and she has many more to come.
Karen and Kelsey are a great team that make our order fulfillment and shipping department outstanding. They take care to ensure that each package is filled in a timely manner, picked, double checked and shipped correctly.
Karen is also our site crafter, who lovingly assembles our ostrich puffs, assorted flowers, two tones and never complains that she eats, sleeps and wears feathers day in and day out. Any one that works with feathers understands that you just can’t completely get those feathers out of your life!
Kelsey is also our jack of all trades. You can find her assisting in the production line, shipping packages, helping with warehouse organization and answering customer service inquiries. She is enthusiastic, eager to learn and helps with our daily operation in a variety of ways.
In our administrative department we are pleased to work with Alicia our Executive Director, who is absolutely amazing at detail. Alicia is in charge of our system operations including sales, marketing, promotion and VIP accounts. She continuously ensures we are striving to deliver only the best.
Our beautiful and user friendly website is thanks to Jay, our in house web developer, graphic designer, SEO specialist and all around IT guru. Jay helps guarantee that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience and our systems are running smoothly every day.
Our top notch accounting and finance department includes Melvin our CFO and Kristy our bookkeeper.
